Shipping/Refund Policy

Due to COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS) product fulfillment and shipping will take longer than usual.


Fullfillment: 2-7 business days


USA: 4-10 business days.

Guam/CNMI: 8-20 business days.


If your order never arrived after the expected delivery date, be sure to let us know!

But first, we suggest that you check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. Or try to get in touch with your local post office to try and locate the lost order.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered, we won't take responsibility and reship that order.

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled.


 We do not accept returns at the moment. However, follow the steps below if there are any issues with your product.


If an order arrives damaged or has any graphic error, please get in touch with photos of the item within a week's time after delivery date. Nonetheless, you have 30 days to return the item.

To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused (in the same condition that you received it) and in the original packaging. You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service for all items.

Our return policy does not apply to clearance items. These items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

After we have received your valid return, we will contact you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.

If your return is accepted by us, we will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned or original method of payment used to pay for the item.


We are unable to offer exchanges at this time. To avoid any sizing issues, please see our size guide chart of each item for accurate sizing.

Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabeled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.
